A Brief Introduction

Jessie graduated from Northern Michigan University with her Undergraduate Degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis and then earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University.

In 2011, Jessie began working in the field of child welfare and investigated concerns of potential child abuse and neglect. Jessie has also worked in the Foster Care and Juvenile Justice programs giving her a well rounded perspective of how trauma can impact children, families, and the community. These experiences have led Jessie to the CAC to provide more hands on assistance to victims of abuse and trauma.
