Program Manager
The Northern Michigan Children’s Assessment Center (NMCAC) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. This vital role will support the Executive Director in overseeing operations, programming, and staff management, ensuring we continue to provide a safe and healing environment for child abuse victims and their families.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, public administration, or a related field
2+ years of staff supervision and program oversight experience
Experience in human services and/or criminal justice
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of NMCAC programs
Supervise and support staff
Evaluate and enhance services
Lead team development and training

Forensic Interviewer
The Forensic Interviewer works to advance the overall mission or the Northern Michigan Children’s Assessment Center, by conducting forensic interviews with children and youth, aged 3-18 and adults with limited functioning, who may have experienced physical and/or sexual abuse.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct research based, legally-sound, child-sensitive, developmentally-appropriate forensic interviews at the request of investigators and other regerral sources.
Participate in pre-and post-interview meetings with non-offending parent(s) or caregivers and Multi-Disciplinary Team members.
Complete a written summary of the forensic interview within one week of the interview, and ensure all parties who have signed releases of information receive those reports by mail, fax, or email.
Maintain and improve forensic interviewing skills through continued training, research and peer review in accordance with CAC protocol and national accreditation standards.
Prepare for and testify during legal proceedings as needed.
Special events and fundraising duties and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services related field (criminal justice, social work, child development, psychology, family studies, education)
Full-time (Monday-Friday 8:30a.m.-4:30p.m)
Pay: $44,117 annually, negotiable with experience
